35 mph....for Stone Harbor Blvd... I firmly disagree with this decision to reduce the speed so much. What purpose do the speed humps serve then, if they were initially intended to prevent cars from hitting the bridge as higher speeds? This was a poor decision and the speed limit needs to be raised.
