How can the taxpayers of Stone Harbor allow the mayor and council just spend money recklessly without improving the life of its residents. The beaches are in sad shape yet they spend an enormous amount of money on a new lifeguard facility that is used a few months a year. It is like their idea of putting a library in the busiest section of town where parking is a nightmare. Why don’t they put in more accessible access ramps with their bloated budget to help the handicapped, seniors, and families with small children.
