RE: The Stone Harbor comment on high taxes and the new lifeguard headquarters. For starters, the lifeguard headquarters should have been built using beach tag fees. We had the same issue in Cape May with the fees for beach tags and magically the following year, there was a new beach patrol building with new wave runners, etc. Homeowners like me were fed up with their (Mayor and council) nonsense. You need to question your mayor and council as to where that money is being spent and don't have them tell you that it is for cleaning the beach.
