The moderator's response to a Middle spout about regulating development is wrong. Planning and zoning boardsdto have the power to regulate land use. That's the purpose of those boards. Just because someone owns land does not give them an automatic right to build on it just because they "own" it. We can't let a few outweigh what's in the best interest of the many.
