As a New Jerseyan, I’m embarrassed that we are the only state that does not allow self pumping at gas stations. We should allow people the option to pump their own gas, if they choose to. We just took a trip to Florida. Seen lots of cars from New Jersey. Did not see one on the side of the road that had run out of gas. I wonder how they filled up their tanks in other states? Oh that’s right, they had to pump it themselves. We can keep attendants, but allow us to lawfully pump our own. No harm, no foul.
