Is the City of Sea Isle serious. They are making a resident remove a child library box and a toy share box due to liability reasons such as tripping, getting hurt on a toy, etc ,but they aren’t doing anything about all of the benches being put up on the promenade and beach paths where a child could really get hurt playing in them. Where’s the liability on the city there?
