I submit a new name for Rio Grande. Illegal left hand turn town. I see at least 10 a week and the summer too many to count. The thing is I understand why it's done. So many people want to turn North on 9 coming out of the stores. My two favorites are Wawa and Cars coming south on 9 wanting to make a left into Walgreens. Local residents should always be aware of this situation during the summer months. And when leaving Lowes using the light it's very confusing for turning north. A lot of people think the car across the street has a green light also. Need some sort of sign there telling people.
