Why is a private contractor allowed to place a porta-potty on the Borough's property. I am sick and tired of Borough enforcement allowing certain contractors to get away with violations. Uncovered dumpsters, porta-potties on neighbor's properties, cracking sidewalks with heavy equipment, blocking sidewalks with heavy equipment. When the violations are reported to the Borough for enforcement, they are expected to provide "proof" instead of the inspector going out of the office to the specific site and doing their job.
