I agree with the spouters saying Upper Township needs a Police Force... I came home to see live activity in my Garage and called State Police and they arrived 30 minutes later after I was able to scare off the 3 men in my Garage. I tried to follow them to get a license number but they went off at well over 80 mph . Granted this was 3:30am and State Police were 20 miles away BUT is a good reason for Upper Twp like the other 2 townships in Cape May county to have a Police Force.
