We are a stones throw away from Town Bank, the first settlement in this area. I know this because the sign at the end of Townbank road by the bay says so, backed up by the history books of the area. Hang on to your property, because in another 10 years, or perhaps sooner, it will skyrocket for the rest of your area, and not just the beach block, just like it did for us. They ain’t making any more peninsula here.
