It is difficult to understand the City Leadership priorities when we need an addition on the Desal Water Plant, 20 - 30% of the high quality drinking water is leaking from the system, replacing lead water service pipes, many streets that need to be replaced, beach replenisment contract renewal, Delaware Ave reconstruction, Wilmington Ave. wall project, East End seawall along Beach Ave has all but disappeared. The City selects "SHOW ME" projects rather than addressing real problems, and avoiding having a long term planning program.
