Here we go again, North Wilwood City Hall anounces "parking untenable", then raise parking permits again, and on the app and at kiosks. Can't they do like they normally do and buy a couple old jitneys, fix them up a little and run them up and down the town like they do Irish Weekend? It would be a win for everybody and preserve the nepotism atmosphere that surrounds almost everything City Hall gets involved in.
