I think it is a good idea to improve Cox Hall Creek, so we can enjoy it more. Like Central Park in NYC. Remove sticker bushes, and mow grass so we can walk old cart paths, and maybe put down a blanket and picnic, relax and look at the sky. The Park should be here for people too. So the State should direct some money to us. Maybe the people who received 19 million from the DEP for a swamp in Cape May, could improve our park as a tax write off??
