Cape May has a former Police Chief publicly defending the former City Manager, also Ex Fire Chief, for appropriating money from Cape May City's low income hosing fund to give to himself with no oversight. Maybe after this is over and the money is taken back and put into the fund. An audit should be done of the City's Police and Fire Departments if they both publicly think this is "Ok". People of Cape May know the low income housing is a joke and needs to be fixed.
