Mayor Donohue's achievements include new strip malls (and more planned) that stand half empty, townhome developments that locals will never be able to afford, a proposed Hilton Hampton Hotel that will probably be good for jobs, the economy, and tourism. A medical marijuana facility might get tax incentives, unavailable to property owners and small business. By the time this is over, our township will be all parking lots and strip mall stores, housing for deep pocketed new residents, yet there is no affordable housing for low-income workers. We must do better.
