I cannot fathom why a book like "Black & White" is anywhere within the roof line of an Elementary School! It serves no good purpose, and making it more attractive by restricting it, is just pure nonsense. This "forbidden fruit" will get passed around and snickered about until it's removed entirely from the building. Let children be children for as long as possible.
