Effective May 4 , NJ becomes the only state in the USA that bans all plastic AND PAPER bags. That’s right folks be prepared to bring your “ suitcase “ to carry your groceries home. Emperor Murphy has spoken. You would think with all of the economic and social turmoil in our state , country and world that Murphy would put this on hold. ( remember though he doesn’t need to grocery shop..someone does it for him) As they say ,people deserve the government they elect. All you dopes who elected Murph.
