When will Mayor Mullock understand "For Show Projects" like AME Church, Promenade Widening, Beach Audio System does not replace the need and demand to solve real problems, Desal Water Plant Expansion, New Police Bldg. Replace Lead Water Pipes, Reconstructing Old Streets, PLUS making sure Decater St., public parking spaces, and sidewalks are for the public benefit and safety, NOT to increase profit for a few bars and restaurants.
