Villas

A contributing factor in part to the rental property shortage in CMC is preference is being given to Border Crossers. This is being done because of the housing subsidy the BC's are receiving (per individual) along with monies from various groups they are receiving. The property owner can house more people and yield a higher return on their rental. A Lower Township (Villas) that has a fair market rental of $1,000-$1,100 now has a combined tenant income of $2,025 per month.
