Recently read a spout that Cape May Planning Board Members and Chairperson should think for themselves and not be unduly influenced by their solicitor. The same can be said about Avalon Planning & Zoning Board Members and Chairman. They seem poised to make reservations for wine and dining in a new hotel in the B1 Business District. Is that really what the residents of Avalon want? I'll take more parking over a hotel, thank you.
