Ocean City council member Terry Crowley is quoted in an article as say “I just think they need to be fully engaged on what’s best for Ocean City,” of the town’s senior executives when Sea Isle was asking for shared service agreement for a CFO. Terry isn’t the Administrator and Construction official senior executives? So why share them?
