City Government is claimed to be open and transparent, then have discussions on issues like why has well 8 failed and why pay $25,000 as a retainer for unknows. Mayor does not want to be questioned, HE is the boss - WRONG. Where is the City Manager? These are operational issues - HE's the boss. PublicWorks did an outstanding job on both snow storms. They are under paid for the serice they render.
