It sure seems like a "bad apple" year for law enforcement in Cape May County. Sexual assault, and stalking by OCPD officers, Lower Township officers stealing bicycles, a Prosecutors Office Detective meddling in a car accident investigation- the list goes on and on it seems. What's the deal?
