People from the big cities and congested areas to our north are flocking here and other areas in droves. A recent article in the New York Times states the same thing happening in Puerto Rico and yes, the locals will have to re-locate to an area with lower taxes and housing costs. The pandemic has changed our world in many ways, and this is one of them.
