To the spouter speaking on the seniors stepping aside in the SICVFD to let the younger generation who learn so much and can do so much more than anyone else apparently. Guess what? That was tried with the private elections that took place in private away from not only the public but as well away from majority of the department and then they got their younger generation in . The only problem is that they don’t have the slightest idea of what they need to do, how they need to do it, or when they’re gonna figure it out. Meanwhile the citizens and property are at risk. The elders have knowledge!
