Spout Off comment about Cape May Planning Board is correct. Solicitor is not the Chairperson or a Board Member.Currently - Solicitor seems to run the meetings.Solicitor is there only to offer advice/legal opinions. Chairperson must run the meeting/ Board Members should vote on what they believe is best for Cape May.
