My point was about the wife not getting respect, how do the contractors know she is even married. The husband talked to them well exactly the contractor will talk to the husband first it’s a man’s world. She has to take charge! I had work done down here and not one of the contractors asked to speak to my husband , they had no idea about my life. The contractors that did work for me respected me, the comment about them walking away, if I expected respect must be a male comment. My experience with contractors down here has been very good and I am a woman, they know I am a good customer.
