It only takes 3 houses on a cul-de-sac to ruin the whole street. When you park your garbage on the street for 10 + years and neighbor has a boat on a trailer ...don't be the people on the street making our neighborhood look bad. You may live like that...why don't you move to a more your style neighborhood so those who work have a neighborhood not a junkyard to look at.
