With all due respect to CM city council, when a position is filled "interim" this means temporarily until a suitable person is interested and interviewed and that said person is hired. The City Mgr position was never advertised for a position to be filled. That position should have been advertised and Mr. Voll should then have been re-interviewed and evaluated pending other interested, qualified applicants.
