Recently I went to a local store to get a copy of the Herald and to my dismay, there were none. Maybe because of costs? But certainly a business that has enjoyed many benefits of articles about them.
Moderator's Note: Yes, costs are certainly a factor in our decision to streamline our distribution network. We still deliver tens of thousands of copies to hundreds of stops each week, with supplemental end-of-week deliveries to Wawa and Acme stores – seeking to ensure Herald copies are conveniently available to readers. Our arrangement with Wawa requires paid, newsstand placement, but if you’ve gotta hava Herald, it’s just $1 at Wawa.
