Re: The Villas comment to rent to a local. Been there and done that and had to have the Sheriff's Dept. escort the "dead beat tenant" from my property. BTW, I went thru a local realtor too. Lesson learned. Check with the Sheriff's Dead Beat Tenant list prior to renting to anyone.
