Why is the Borough still paying one of their police officers who has since November has been sitting in the Cape May County Jail. He was suspended with pay so the Commissioner says, the charges on him are alarming to say the least. Why is he still being paid when other officers have a theft charge on them were suspended with out pay. Commissioner Banning needs to answer that question on the next Borough meeting or will he just brush it off again.
