RE: The Villas comment on the Quads and ATV's, tearing up and down the properties in the Villas. Bicycles were the old, slow way to deliver home made drugs. Quads and ATV's are the new advanced high speed vehicles used to deliver "crack and meth" thru town and yes, it's hard for the police to catch them.
