Re: The North Cape May comment about LTES being more diverse in hiring African-Americans. If a person, being white, black, brown or yellow is qualified to do a job, and that position is available, and the individual is qualified, then that individual should be given a chance to be hired. Race should have absolutely nothing to do with filling a position.
