The solution to the COVID crisis is to refuse to admit unvaccinated people in the hospital. Let them choose to take the risk but don't allow them to overwhelm the healthcare system because of poor choices. Yes, there are exceptions - those individuals who cannot be vaccinated, etc. - but those cases are relatively low.
