Middle Township Police chief says they are having difficulty finding new officers..Well ,given how this Dept is heavily overloaded with Males in leadership positions and females are ignored I am not surprised.. This dept needs some females in leadership positions..AND by the way if you are interested I am a Male Middle Twp tax payer
