Sea Isle City elected officials continue to amaze me.They find $20 million for a recreational center BUT can't find money to stop or reduce the flooding on north side that happens on every Full and New moon and of course during a nor'easter..Seems to me to be a simple fix,build a 5-6 ft barrier along meadows at road and installed valves in piping that goes under road that shuts off the incoming water and keeps it in meadows and not flood the roads. But expecting SIC elected officials to do something smart may be asking too much.They are better at putting up high water signs and signals
