The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) Just came out on Biden's Build Back Better Plan. The plan is for 3 years (budget gimmicks) but will take 10 years to pay for the plan and add 3 trillion to the deficit. And Biden says it is fully paid for. But we all know that give away programs will not end in 3 years but will go on forever.
