Re : Wildwood improvement process. The developer is lucky he is not planning or building anything in Middle Township. Middle has the highest fee's and permit costs in the county and maybe the state. It takes years to get anything approved by zoning and if you are a small operator, you might as well cancel the project, the township will drain your wallet with the cost of doing business . I guess all these added expenses keep township employees with jobs and it hopefully will balance an ever increasing budget. All Middle is interested in is retail strip malls that are dying and mass housing
