"I just have one quick question" Will Deputy Mayor Sheehan ever do her homework prior to Council Meetings and get her questions answered then, or will she continue to subject the public to unbearable 4 hour meetings ,because she comes unprepared. Kudos to Councilman Meier for pointing it out at the end. Mayor and other council members need to address and put an end to this needless waste of time.
