Some Biden critics do not support his infrastructure bill because, they claim, most of the benefits will go to Democratic states and areas. Even if that's true, so what? If a Republican administration passed such a bill, Republicans would direct most of the benefits to Republican states, counties, cities, and towns. You can't honestly criticize Biden and Democrats for doing something that a Republican administration would do.
