I am very disappointed in the NW Rec Dept and fellow organizers for the Jaycees Christmas Parade. When you advertise a start time - stick to it. We missed half the parade because you decided to start the parade early without notice. It was over 6min after it was supposed to start. We look forward to watching it and we missed it. Because of this I was unable to watch it with my family because we couldn’t get to one place in time. Thanks for nothing.
