I was wondering how many tickets are issued to people riding bikes and not following the laws. You see them drive up one way streets ,run stop signs,run red lights, while the cops are standing there in the summer watching. Is there any public records of this. It seems the police in Cape May do not really enforce the laws unless it’s writing parking tickets. You walk on the mall and you see people on scooters, dogs urinating on fountains and the cops just standing there in the summer. Why do we even have these policeman there when they don’t even ticket
