When a person with an addiction has the opportunity to go into rehab and continues to go off the path over and over with more frequent rehab visits ,then it’s obvious this person needs counseling and follow up, to stay on the the non addictive path. It can be done and it’s a kind road to recovery. So why would a Cape May County official stay in a position when they ain’t right? They have cadillac medical benefits and this is risky to us Cape May county taxpayers. Who else is observing?
