In response to the spouter of the dog hater ,I have two dogs myself, but when a dog is left outside and barking it’s head off on the deck looking in the sliding door to go back in,or standing at the front door looking in and barking and the owner does not respond for quite some time and they are definitely home, because I see them ,that’s what I am implying about pure neglect ,and irritating to the neighbors ,and I am not the only one complaining about it
