The Lower Police really have to start nailing these guys on these quads,dirt bikes.Racing through the streets of the Villas.You know who these jokers are,make yourself seen,show a presence in the areas where you are called to stop them ,not just a quick drive by and then thats it.They are laughing at you guys.As soon as you go,there they are again.Ruining the quality of life in the Villas.It's the same ones everyday.No work just playing on their toys.
