A Stone Harbor Spouter thinks that our tax rate under Biden will be 75% and there will be a 50% cut in SS benefits. The Spouter is obviously out of his/her mind. The notion of a 75% tax rate is delusional. And in fact SS benefits will increase next year by an average of almost 6%, the largest increase in many years.
