I have never understood the comparison between the BLM protests/rioting with the January 6th protests/rioting. Both movements did turn violent, that is true, but a country wide protest of police brutality and injustice and an attack on our democracy, incited by the leader of the free world are quite different. Can someone explain why some people continue to make this comparison?
