Byrne Plaza events should take a clue from Fox Park events where dogs are not allowed on the grounds during shows. We will not be taking any young ones again to Byrne and its continual dog circus of nipping, growling and jumping dogs. I saw some actually urinating on vendor displays. Also a lot of local children play in the grass at Byrne. Ever hear of toxocariasis? Look it up. Bring your dogs to the dog parks.
