So now we will have a rate increase for using more than our quarterly allowance of water. What they fail to mention is that we pay the same amount every quarter whether water is used or not. The rate is set from busiest months and then bill is the same for all quarters. The purchase of water was set years ago and the amount was never increased due to more seasonal use. Problem not addressed by previous councils and continued by the present with the solution being charge more.
